Food and beverage is important to us here at Digby Pines. Our Nova Scotia restaurant relies on local farms and fisheries and in particular, seafood. Our world famous Digby Scallops are a popular menu item.

We decided to have special culinary weekend this season to show off our menu, kitchen, and our Executive Chef, Dale Nichols.

This year’s culinary weekend includes:

  • 2 nights accommodation
  • Friday night meet and greet reception
  • Full Buffet Breakfast each morning
  • Kitchen Tour and Interactive Culinary Experience on Saturday
  • Private group wine tasting and dinner Saturday night
